KOGI GUBER- PDP REJECTS ELECTION RESULTS.







PDP  ( The people democratic party) said it would challenge the outcome of the governorship election in Kogi before the election petition tribunal. According to Mr Bode Ogunmola the publicity secretary of the party, in an interview with the news Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in lokoja,

 "The result of the Election was unacceptable to the party and cannot stand the test of time."

He further said, the death of the candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Abubakar Audu on November 22, while collation was on going had made it inevitable for the independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to declare PDP candidate, IDIRIS WADA, winner of the poll.

He added that PDP had rejected the declaration of YAHAYA BELLO as winner of the exercise, saying that the party would challenge the results before the tribunal.
