FACULTY RUDDER CONTROL SYSTEM AND PILOT'S RESPONSE CAUSED AIR ASIA CRASH THAT KILLED 162 PASSENGER- INVESTIGATOR'S REPORT.

The National transportation safety committee announced on Tuesday,2nd December,2015 that an analysis of Flight 8501's data recorder showed that the Air bus had problems with the rudder control system while flying between the Indonesia of Surabaya and Singapore on December 28,2014.

Aircraft maintenance recorders shows the plane problem with it's rudder system 23 times in the 12 months prior to the crash.

The pilot attempted to respond to the problem, but the plane stalled and crashed into the java sea.

the investigators said bad weather condition did not play a role in the accident. No distress signal was received.
