Five days after giving birth to her first child, Coco unveils her unbelievable flat stomach on Thursday. The reality star posted pictures on instagram showing her hourglass figure and posing with her newborn Chanel as they left the hospital.

The 36 year old star wrote, "fresh out of hospital...I can't believe I became a mommy to a beautiful baby girl four (4) days ago. I'm feeling fab!, I'm a complete woman".
